Located in the beautiful Maxwelton Valley on the southern end of Whidbey Island, Cascadia Meadows at the Little Brown Church is nestled on the edge of a fresh-water estuary and surrounded by forests in every direction. Beautiful sandy beaches are just a mile down the road at Dave Mackie Park with picnic facilities and breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic Mountains. Great blue herons and bald eagles daily commute over our little corner of the forest from the marsh to the Puget Sound. Our three acres surrounded by 30 acres of private and publicly protected nature reserve reminds you that you are in the heart of the Pacific Northwest.
